To worship and serve God, grow in our faith; to love and help others along their journey to find God.

Some information about us

We gather for all age worship on Sunday mornings; we meet at our chapel and we join our friends at Frogpool chapel once a month. Our services are led by a Minister or Local Preacher and tend to be traditional, but relaxed in style; we also have a monthly locally arranged service. All are regularly attended by a small but enthusiastic, multi-aged congregation. We share communion periodically. We have a Junior Church which meets on a Saturday afternoon; children and young people are always welcome to join our Sunday services. After each service there is the opportunity to chat and enjoy light refreshments.

We hold coffee mornings twice each month, including a cake and bric-a-brac stall. We also hold occasional quizzes and auctions, and soup lunches during the year. Donations are gratefully received for refreshments.

We support and are engaged in various local community events, some of which are organised by ourselves, some by other groups in the village. We host the Carharrack Community choir on a regular basis, and have strong links with the Carharrack and St Day Silver Band.

The Sunday School building where we meet dates from 1857 and is a Grade II listed building. It is sited within the village and has a small carpark. The building comprises a small entrance, sanctuary, gallery, kitchen, toilet facilities, and a schoolroom. There are steps and a ramp at the front entrance, and all internal areas are fully accessible (except the gallery, which is accessed via a stairway).
