• To explore new ways of making worship and church activities attractive to children, young people and families. To host Messy Church at least once each quarter.
• To invite our neighbours to ‘special’ services throughout the year; to include Harvest Celebration, Remembrance Sunday, Christmas Carol Service, Christmas Eve Candlelight Service, Easter Celebration and Mothering Sunday.
• To be welcoming and inclusive during worship and weekday meetings. We will use the ‘First Impressions Count’ material as a resource to improve our welcome. Suggestions for improvement by end of July.
• To reflect God’s love for all people by working with and within the community organising, leading and sharing in events; to include Lantern Procession, Act of Remembrance, craft events, Summer Fete; always planning to include children.
• To commence meeting on a weekday from September. This new space to be used to grow the church spiritually, (bible study, discussion, prayer), and numerically, (invitation, social activities and friendship).
